RAINBOW HILL is a new community dedicated to the clean lines of West Coast contemporary design and the innovations of modern architecture. Designs that incorporate simple forms, textures + natural materials will be accepted. Rainbow Hill will promote the use of sustainable construction practices and materials. With an eye towards the future and the environment as a constant priority, each home will reflect a clean aesthetic with careful respect to its natural surroundings. An ecologically responsible choice of materials will be highly encouraged. All houses with Traditional forms or Arts + Crafts-inspired homes with such elements as steep-pitched roofs, traditional millwork trim and Heritage reproductions will not be suitable to the Rainbow Hill setting.
