The 1908 house was picked up and moved about 35 feet, lifted up onto a new foundation and stripped to the studs for a complete re-build, with attention to the minutest detail and superb craftsmanship throughout. Many heritage details were recycled and renewed, and lots of new environmental improvements were made. The results are fabulous: sophisticated yet unpretentious.
